The rental week is 16:00 Saturday to 10:00 the following Saturday.
You will need travel insurance.
We ask for 25% on confirmation of your booking and the balance two months before the date of the booking (time allowing).
We also ask for a security deposit of £250 for each booking which is refundable by post within two weeks of departure from the property.
